Severn Vets History

Our practice was established as a family run business in 1999 by Jock and Caroline Queen. Our six branches are supported by a team of highly qualified veterinary surgeons, nurses and support staff who aim to provide a high quality caring and professional service in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

As well as providing the highest standards of care for our patients we wish to develop an exceptional relationship with you, their owners. We endeavour to achieve this by offering continuity of vet whenever possible, encouraging client feedback and communication and providing excellent and empathetic customer care.

We are committed to providing a service that is excellent value for money in terms of the level of clinical care and the range of preventative health services we offer.

All our practices offer a comprehensive first opinion veterinary service. In addition we offer a range of referral services including orthopaedic and spinal referrals, a full rehabilitation service with hydrotherapy suite, opthalmology, acupuncture and laparoscopic procedures.

Cats@Severn

Severn Veterinary Centre acquired Cats@severn Vets in Lowesmoor Wharf. On the 1st of August 2016, this practice became Worcester’s first cat only clinic. Visits to the vet can be stressful for cats, the aim of this new clinic is to create the best possible environment for cats.

Firstly, making this practice cat only, but also by making the environment as cat-friendly as possible. The staff at this practice are also trained in making your cat’s visit as stress-free as possible. Veterinary surgeon, David Godfrey a board-certified specialist in Feline Practice and an RCVS Advanced Practitioner will be working with us at this branch.
